What is a Test Item Run?

Each tests contains multiple actions that you do. It can either be an action or a validation. 

E.g:

  1.  You navigate to a page
  2. You click the cookie banner
  3. You validate that the landing page looks like it should
  4. You login to the service
  5. You validate that the first page in the service looks like it should

This test is 5 test items.

On average a test is 30-50 test items.

What is a Test Use Case?

What happens if I exceed the maximum number of test use cases in my package?

If you require more test use cases than your package allows, you can easily scale by upgrading your package.

What are “Daily Test Runs”?

Daily test runs refer to the automated execution of each test case once per day to validate ongoing functionality. This frequency ensures that any issues introduced during development are detected early. The frequency of test runs is customizable to fit your needs.

Can I run additional test items beyond the daily limit?

Yes! Additional test item runs are calculated at the end of the month at 0.01 USD per test item run across all packages. This ensures flexibility for teams that need extra runs during critical development phases or product releases.

What is included in “Customer Success”?
